Choosing Scarlet Over Pale Pink

Woo hoo...some outside the canon literature.  Whaaaaat? Do you know what a literary canon is?  At any rate, thanks for the open hands.  I can't wait to discuss this piece with y'all on Wednesday...

Make sure you share and review the chart I showed you in class (period 2, you copied it down).

Tomorrow we will be watching a delicious TED Talk...so be ready.

Love and light from a Latina,
Beltran

p.s. - Grammy's.  Queen B.

  33. Loved today's textual exposure as well as the sip of some truth tea in which I found this quote from a fellow Puerto Rican author, Esmeralda Santiago, that I thought suited the lesson:
"How can you know what you're capable of if you don't embrace the unknown?"
