i'm really surprised that this class has made me more comfortable with speaking in front of other people i don't know that well, a fear i've had ever since i was in elementary school. i was so nervous to present thinking that my topic was pretty basic but once i got up there i kind of shut everything off and felt i was right there chillin' with my dad on a sofa. and stutters aside, it felt pretty great being able to read aloud something that i cried for hours writing.
